All our shipping both locally and internatinal is done via Australia Post.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. You may also call 03 93285830 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will be shipped within 2 days (excluding weekends). Privacy Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address,
etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining
to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely
to bill the customer for their order.
Returns Policy
Pinocchio's Place offers a 12 month warranty on workmanship on all items. This does not cover damage
by the customer. To claim on any damage to an item please contact us either by phone or email and we will arrange for the
itme to be repaired or replaced. Please note proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

All online transactions are protected by 128 bit SSl encryption technology and no credit card details
are retained by us after the transaction is complete.

Do you send over internationally?
Yes we do. All you need to do is complete the transaction online and we will contact you regarding
delivery cost and time. We pack all our goods very carefully and ship in boxes with product bubble wrapped!
Do you give bulk discounts?
As a general rule we can't give bulk discounts as these products are hand-made and imported from Italy.
There is a significant cost incurred doing this and as we import and sell direct we aim to keep our prices as reasonable as
possible.
Do You Wholesale?
No. We are a retailer only and no wholesale is available.
